There are two possibilities for this error:
The card is actually faulty and needs replacing.
The driver for the card reader is not installed or it's corrupted in which case you need to reinstall it.
Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and make sure that every device is properly configured. There shouldn't be any category expanded. In case there is one driver not installed, right click it and choose Update Driver. Alternatively, switch the card reader to another USB port if you connect it through USB.
After using the program, I found an enormous amount of files that cannot be deleted, but they do not occupy space, because the system says that only 780 MB of 128 GB are free. All the names use unwanted characters and Chinese characters. How can I manage the problem? I use a Sony SVZ1311S8EX PC with Wuindows 7 on 64-bit OS.

Usually, in case of any media used for data storage, you will not be able to use the entire space because the media needs a little space for drivers and other services. However, these files should be hidden. In this case, I recommend you to download Malwarebytes and perform a complete scan of your memory stick. The files that you mentioned might be created by a virus or malware. If the scanning process doesn't reveal anything, the files are needed by the memory card and there will be nothing that you can do.
